Skylar – Bossier City Senior Photographers

Skylar is a 2013 senior who will be attending college in the fall.  During her session, she told us that she loves to write.  Well, I love to read so here’s to hoping we can purchase a book from her in the future!  Here are a few of our favorites from her session…

Skylar brought along her sweet dog, Lily, for a few shots…

And we’ll end with our last images from the day. We LOVE LOVE LOVE getting dramatic skies by using off camera lighting.

Beau & Anna – Dallas Wedding Photographers

Forever can never be long enough for me to feel like I’ve had long enough with you. Forget the world now, we wont let them see but there’s one thing left to do…

That’s the first verse to the song Marry Me by Train…the song Beau sang to Anna as he proposed. The song that Anna surprised Beau with as she walked down the aisle. Beau and Anna are made for each other. As a hopeless romantic myself, I’ve always believed in “the one.” Beau is Anna’s “one.” Anna is Beau’s “one.” If you are lucky enough to spend five minutes with this couple, you know they are perfect together. Since Nicole and I have been lucky enough to be a small part of Anna and Beau’s life, we’ve been able to be a part of the one thing they had left to do…get married. I could write for hours about how amazing these two are, both as individuals and as a couple. They are the people you meet and you instantly feel like you’ve been friends forever. They are the people that bring out the best in you, simply by being themselves. Their wedding day was one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. To see how happy they were, how happy their friends and family were, and to be able to experience the love during their day was simply amazing. There was not a dry eye during their ceremony. It was simply beautiful.

Anna and Beau opted to go the traditional route of not seeing each other prior to the ceremony and decided against doing a first look…however, Anna had an idea to put her venue to good use and get a picture of her and Beau prior to the wedding! We captured a few group shots here as well, but this next image of Anna looking at Beau was the favorite from this series! (Side note, poor Beau had to look straight ahead the whole time to avoid seeing is soon-to-be bride before she walked down the aisle…he handled it like a champ though!)

During the ceremony, Beau took a few minutes to surprise his bride by singing a song he had written for her. He had always felt a song in his heart, and he sang it to his bride on their wedding day. Beau has a fantastic voice, and his song was perfection. Beau singing to Anna is by far the single coolest most romantic moment I’ve ever seen during a wedding. (In fact, Nicole and I are hoping that Beau decides to record his song and send us a copy!)

We didn’t have much time during the day to grab couple portraits, but we were able to grab one or two. We are hoping to get a Day After session scheduled very soon! (Hint, Hint!!!)

Anna and Beau had a beautiful first dance…and afterwords they did some serious dancing as Robert Williams from Sound Spectacular kept the dance music going!

Beau and Anna, you two are special. You light up around each other, and it’s obvious that you bring light into everyone’s life that you meet. Nicole and I are so happy to have been a part of your wedding day and we wish you two all of the love and happiness in the world! We also hope to see you guys again very soon!

Anna’s Bridals – Dallas Wedding Photographer

We’ve been anxiously awaiting the day when we could share this session on the blog! First off, we just couldn’t love Anna any more than we do! She’s an absolute sweetheart! Secondly, we knew that Anna had chosen the perfect dress for her since she emailed us a sneak peek of her in her dress! We shot the first part of this beautiful session at 3825 Bowen Street, which is a gorgeous location hidden in the middle of a city! A big thanks to our friends, the McGowans, who use 3825 Bowen as their studio. It was the most perfect location! Anna came prepared with a few special items to use in her session. In the first image you’ll notice a small diary…it’s actually a book that Anna and Beau trade back and forth writing notes to each other! Seriously, these two couldn’t be more adorable! Anna radiated happiness, beauty, and fun while wearing her dress! She smiled, she danced, and she laughed! Here are some of our favorites from her session…

After we finished up at Bowen, we took a drive over to Rockwall, Texas, to capture a few sunset images of Anna…just feet from the spot she would be marrying her Beau! These next few images are some of our favorites EVER!!!

That’s it for today! Stop back by later this week to catch all of Anna and Beau’s beautiful wedding!

Madeline – Shreveport, Louisiana Photographers

Mario and Michelle love playing pool together. They even compete in tournaments! So, when planning a session for their 4 month old cutie, Madeline, they knew they wanted to incorporate their love of pool. Here are a few of our favorites from the session…

Of course, being from Louisiana, they’re also huge LSU fans…
