Nicole and I have been looking forward to Clay and Victoria’s wedding for a long time! Heck, we even watch the local news now just to see Clay doing the weather and Victoria reporting! We first met this couple last December while shooting Rebecca and Cody’s wedding. It didn’t take us too long to see how adorable these two were together, and we were so honored that they chose us to capture their big day! We had an absolute blast with them at their engagement session and captured a few of our favorite images ever! So, needless to say, we were super pumped for their big day! And, as excited as we were to be there, everyone else was even happier! There were so many smiles, hugs, and tears of joy on this beautiful day!
One of our favorite things to photograph on a wedding day is the parents’ reactions to seeing their daughter in her wedding gown. Such beautiful moments!
Clay’s reaction to seeing Victoria walking down the aisle is my favorite of all time!
The DJ played a song called “Let it Go” from a little known movie called Frozen. The dance floor was quite full of people who couldn’t hold it back anymore and had to dance and sing along with “Let it Go.” Who doesn’t love Frozen????
Clay wasn’t too sure why he had to be blind-folded before doing the garter pull…well, this is why…
This group pulled off a great rendition of YMCA!
At the end of the night, Victoria’s sorority sisters circled around her and sang a special song. It was such a sweet moment between sisters!
We will be doing a bride and groom session with Clay and Victoria in the near future, which I’m totally excited about not just for images but for some hangout time with this awesome couple. But we still had to sneak in a few portraits on their wedding day!!!
Victoria and Clay, congratulations!!!!! We hope you guys are having a blast on your cruise and we cannot wait to work some bride and groom portrait magic soon!!!
